Jozsef (Joseph) Veres, age 100, of Rocky River, OH, a long-time resident of Buffalo, passed away Jan. 16, 2008. Devoted husband of the late Ilona (Helen) Veres; father of Gusztav, Laszlo, Joseph P. (Anita), and Ilona; loving grandfather of Eric, Lili, and Julia. Former career employee of the National Railroad in his native Hungary, and Bethlehem Steel Corporation of Lackawanna, N.Y. The family will receive friends at Bodnar-Mahoney Funeral Home, 3929 Lorain Ave., Cleveland, Ohio from 5:00

Dear Veres Family,
I am so sorry to have read of your loss. Although I do not know your family I still wanted to express my condlences. When I lost a good friend of mine it was really hard for me. One of the things that really helped me to cope is what the Bible said at John 5:28,29 and Psalms 37:29. These thoughts have helped me so much and I hope they help your family as well.
