Now I know this is real. I miss you already. Your smell, your hair, your hands, your touch, your beautiful and soft voice, how you listened to me, the way you lit up a room, your laugh, your eyes and the twinkle in them when you smiled at me, when we sang together, sitting at the kitchen table, how I could tell you everything, how you excepted me for who I am, the way you slept, the limitless things you did for me, when you got mad, how we would laugh and joke all the time together even when something went wrong and in the moment I felt as if I was nothing you made me feel like I was everything, how all seven of us got all of you not just some of you and never felt as if one was loved more and how I just knew you loved me for me when no one else would. You made me Mom I am and will always be a part of you and I can’t tell you how great that makes me feel. You are the moon as we’ll as the stars. You are everything that signifies the definition of a mother, and you made me into the person I am today. I am my mothers daughter. All I can picture is you singing this to me right now if you were here…

Baby mine close your eyes

Baby mine say Goodnight

Rest your head close to my heart

Never to part

Baby of mine.

May your dreams be sweet

As you fall into a snooze

Perhaps some day we’ll meet

But, now it’s time to Cruise.

Love always and forever Therese
