Michelle L. Forness (nee Kopp) age 71 of Parma, formerly of Cleveland passed away Thursday at Parma Community Hospital in Parma, Ohio.
She was the beloved wife of the late James; dear mother of Victoria and Chris and the late Douglas; grandmother and great-grandmother and sister of Claudia, Janice, Edward and the late Barb.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 PM Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at Slone & Co. Funeral Directors 13115 Lorain Ave. Cleveland.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Brooklyn Heights Cemetery 4700 Broadview Rd. Cleveland, Ohio in the Sanctuary of Angels Mausoleum.
